Bad service

We was surpose to fly on the 26 Nov to Netherland on flight QR 1368. While in the line to board our flight was cancelled and we were informed that we must collect our baggage and that nobody is going on that flight and we must contact out travel agents . So now we are still in Johannesburg since Friday and trying to contact travel start everyday to find out about our tickets that show that we flown but didn’t even board the aircraft. I will never use travelstart again after this They are useless because no tel number. They don’t answer there whattapp or there emails.
