Bad service

<p>First I received incorrect information from Travelstart on query #996224 @01 August 2016 09:14. The correct answer is on http://www.panynj.gov/airports/ewr-airport-connections.html but I chose another option due to incorrect feedback above. Then I submitted a rebook query but instead of waiting for confirmation, they rebooked in a way that would leave me stranded in Abu Dhabi for TWO full DAYS Plus paying R2k more!! It would be better choice booking an extra day at destination at that price!! Then they cancelled my booking completely without refund or my confirmation - so without refund I cannot rebook - and the price on my 1st option went from R13K to R17K in the time because of their errors!</p>
