BAD, RUDE, AGGRESIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE RE TENITA AND SHARON

<p>I have made a booking with travelstart. I had to change a name of one of the passangers and contacted Travelstart for assistance. I had such bad unprofessional service by a agent called Tenita. She commited that one of her managers called Tracey or Melissa will contact me the same day to solve my problem as she could not asssit me. Till date neither of them has contacted me after waiting for how long on the line to be assisted. Today I called again and spoke to a agent by the name of Sharon. When I spoke Afrikaans she told me "English please, i do not understand your language" She was so rude and aggresive when i ask her to speak Afrikaans. I ask her surname and she said, you do not need my surname as there are only one agent called Sharon. I ask to speak to either Tracey or Melissa and she saidthey are busy on calls and would not be able to assist me. She rudly put me on hold till I eventually spoke to some one else. I will never ever make use of travelstart again or recommend their service. Their service sucks and is a *******. With agentslike Tenita and Sharon and managers like Tracey and Melissa Travelstart is a big dissapointment.</p>
