BAD EXPERIENCE

I cant believe last night friends of mine were suppose to fly to Atlanta arriving at OT they were told that there flight already left at 13h00 they were not even informed about the rescheduling of their flight and had to return home as there is no flight available. I think this is rude and unproffessional. Thanks Startravel will tell all people I know to not make use of your service I do hope that you will in some manner make a compensation towards the Muller family. Sis on you!!
