Bad Customer Service trying to change flight dates with Travel Start

I’ve been trying to change my flight dates for 2days to no avail. Tried filling the form, contacting on Whatsapp and now Been calling their customer service and they put me on hold for 16 mins then 42mins. Don’t even know why I still use this useless app. They did the same last year again. Don’t know what’s their excuse now since the county is fully open. Very bad customer service.
