<p>Dino Nunes - give this man a promotion. I phoned the call centre three times and nobody could help me with a missing eticket. Dino not only helped me, he kept me on the line to check me in. What a pleasure. This kind of guy will make me use the company again, if not for him you would have lost a frequent traveller</p>
