Award of Excellence to agent SHIREEN at Travelstart

Hi, I am actually trying to rate your Agent Shireen but I do not see any option on your webpage. This is the most deserving rating ever. In my 30years of business I never ever experienced such excellent service. She was the most concerning, caring,professional call centre agent I have ever dealt with. There are actually no words to describe the service she provided my parents(pensioners) and myself. She went beyond business hours and beyond the level of experience of any call agent I know off. She could definitely teach agents a thing or two in how to understand a customer's needs, respect, and just to go that little bit of an extra mile but then again she went far beyond that. She really wiped every negative review of Travelstart off my list and I wish I could always deal with her when making our travel arrangements.Shireen, thank you, your kindness had me in tears and you showed me that there is some level of service and some hope that exists in our country. Great Job and to travelstart you have the STAR in your business.
