Awaiting refund

Good day. Please can someone call me with regards as to when i will be receiving my refund for my wifes plane ticket. Thanks

Good day Tamara, my reference number is ZA***7. So long story short, I paid for 3 tickets to Dubai for my wife, daughter and myself. We changed the surname on my wives ticket. Therefore I had to book a new ticket for her but I am still awaiting the refund of the old ticket. Please get back to me ASAP. Thanks

The refund has been processed and we are waiting for the airline to credit. It should reflect in your credit card account by end of next week.

We are not able to fast track I am so sorry. It take 4-7 banks days for the reversal to be finalized.
