AVOID TRAVELSTART, THEY HAVE SHADY CORNERS!!!!

This is one company i wouldn't recommend to anyone! I booked a flight and had to change it due to a family emergency. I paid the R900 and odd to make the change, unfortunately that emergency turned to a funeral and i was not able to make it. I asked for a refund on my return ticket and i was shocked with the amount i was being refunded. The total of my flight was Service fees AND Travel Extras: 735.78 (non-refundable) Fare AND Taxes: 3142.01 for KIM to CPT (airline date change fee is non-refundable) Airline Penalty: 2260.50 Refundable amount: 881.51 but i also received the one below: Service fees AND Travel Extras : R 735.78 (nonrefundable) Fare AND Taxes : R 3,544.01 Airline Penalty : R 2,239.05 Refund admin fee : R 450.00 Estimated Refundable amount : R 854.96

at this stage i was busy orginizing a funeral and had to be confused by all this. I had a return flight and none of this is making sense. only getting R800 back for a flight you have never been on... I understand the first flight was cancelled on the same day but what about the return flight almost two weeks later... Now after waiting forever they tell me i need to pay R350 to get R850.... or R881... meaning i only get back R400 from a almost R5k flight...... shocking THAT TEH RETURN FLIGHT TWO WEEKS LATER IS NON REFUNDABLE THIS IS BULL****!!!!.... im truly dissapointed as i have only used travel start before but im done with this!!!!!!!!! DONT BOOK THROUGH THEM RATER TAKE A BROKEN TAXI THAN DEALING WITH THEM!!!!!
