Avoid Travelstart, no after sales service
Terrible after sales service!
I've been trying to cancel my flight for months, I've filled out multiple contact forms online, no response! I've called the call center multiple times and been on hold for ages, last call HALF AN HOUR and the call dropped, no one is answering my call, as I am overseas this is starting to cost me a fortune! And I still haven't been able to cancel my flight and get a refund.
Avoid booking with Travelstart at all costs and rather book directly with the airline, I've experienced much better service dealing with airlines directly.

I sent a message through the contact form on the website as requested on the email sent to me and it's been three weeks and still nothing, no confirmation that it has been received either.
I feel like the messages go to a black hole, never to be seen by anyone, please advise.
