Avoid travelstart at all cost

Unable to pay via website. No response to multiple messages. Eventual response on separate emails, the banking details were given. After the EFT was done, only then informed that my booking was cancelled and that I have to rebook in order for funds to be allocated. Cant book online without paying again. No response to multiple emails. Four days later, I still dont have a ticket, although I have paid. Extremely poor service
