Avoid this company

Buyer beware. They charged me for a return flight but only issued the second half of the ticket (which was of course useless). When I informed them they hid behind group mailboxes so that you never deal with a "person". I'm still fighting with them for a refund despite have shown them all the required facts to resolve the matter and them confirming they would refund me in 7 days. Those days have passed and I am now back at square one trying to once again prove the error is undeniably on their side.
