Regarding the booking (ZA***0)

I have been promised for over 2 years that my refund is in progress. Travel start blame the airline but as far as I'm concerned I made the booking with them. When you enquire you get the same response over and over again. I would never use them again, I've actually paid more for flights recently in order to avoid using them.
