Avoid booking with them, changes will be a nightmare and charges absurd.

I phoned in at 8:00 to make a change in a booking, went quick and I was told to wait for the email with options.. at 10:00 and email with an option for tomorrow morning! Travelstart fee R700, airline R170, but was advised that only 2 seats left. Uhm? I just phone in earlier and why not call back? or send the darn link or what to pay? No, you got to go back to them, Now trying to get this booking confirmed and paid, phoned in again 20 min waiting time.,..I am overseas, how do I hold on a phone for 20 min. I already did this morning?
