Avoid at all costs!

I booked 2 tickets on 28/11/2021 at 18:36, I requested Travelstart to change the first name of the 2nd passenger on 29/11/2021 at 9:22 am. I have done this via their Flapp app, email and WhatsApp. No one ever answers their phone number.

They have not done this after 7 months of waiting and countless emails. All I get are generic email responses, saying we are working on it. For 7 months?

I have to apply for Visas now and this hasn't been done yet. This is a problem.

I cannot do this myself as on the Qatar website it refers me to request travel agency to affect name change request.

They tell me Qatar does not respond. I have phoned and spoken to a Qatar representative within the past 7 months easily.

They are the most useless and worst travel agency I have ever used, with non-existent customer service. Avoid them like the plague and pay more to book directly with the airline.
