Avoid

Avoid at all costs. We made a mistake in our departure date. It was cheaper to cancel our entire flight and pay the penalties, and book new flights, than to change the departure date through Travelstart. Despite the big difference in the cost of flights on the airline's website for different dates, Travelstart quoted the same flight change fee for every date we enquired for. In addition, it is almost impossible to get hold of them by phone with ridiculous long waiting times.
