Are travel start still in business?

I booked a ticket and received a message to say that they required further information, passport number, country of issue, expiry date etc. I have tried multiple ways of trying to get this info to them, email, call center, WhatsApp service, no response, nothing...

not sure how to proceed, i certainly don't want to experience issue closer to my travel date. Can I supply directly to the airline issuing the ticket?
