Appalling service

PUTRID SERVICE. I booked flight 5 hours ago to depart the next day. Proceed to payment but they only deduct R53.54 not the full airline charge. They send a booking confirmation which says I must wait for the e-ticket. 5 hours later no e-ticket and airline payment has not been deducted. Only when I call Travelstart customer services they say the payment failed because they do not use the bank that I use. How when they were able to deduct the 50 something rand earlier from the same bank. Worse there was NO communication from them that they are unable to process the payment for the airline as they use a different bank. Such HOGWASH honestly!!!!! Safer to book directly through the airline which is exactly what I did and will continue doing from now onwards. **** service travelstart!
