Appalling service

Gooday Please note that I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service I have received from travelstart.

I have booked a flight from Johannesburg to doha on flight number qr1378 and we are at the airport and they mentioned that the flight has been canceled and that travelstart was supposed to notify all passengers, however you did not send me any confirmation via email or phone.

I am now at the airport and we are a family of 7 traveling with senior citizens and only to told that we must go home and return tommorow morning. I am utterly disgusted with your service got not informing your customers and we have terribly inconvenienced. You need to give some sort of compensation for your incompetence.

I have spent so much money with you and for my transport and for the hotel fees in doha and I need to be assisted. I must say that your service is extremely poor and will go on social media and let people know of the kind of service you offer and warn potential traveller's never to book via travelstart..
