Appalling!!!!

I am still waiting on a refund that said it would take 7-10 banking days, it’s been 3 weeks. Days turned into weeks trying to communicate with their unreliable WhatsApp line. Do not even bother trying to call them because their customer line is cut so the only form of communicate is that unreliable WhatsApp line. Their email platform on their website is also unreliable. Their service is beyond appalling, this was my first and last time using this agency.
