Angry, Frustrated and Exhausted!!!

I will never ever do business with Travelstart, after booking a flight for my mother through them (I thought) and getting a reference number from them, they took my money but never booked the flight with the airline. After several emails and WhatsApps there has been NO response from them!! If you do not want to lose your money, DO NOT book your flights through Travelstart!!
