After service is a disgrace. You cannot change or cancel flights. The only reply received is a robot reply either on whatsapp or email. Eventually when someone replies you cannot get hold of them to ask further advice, you have to start process again, speaking to a robot. Come on people, travel is a one on one requirement. Where has customer service disappeared to?
