AMAZING ANN

Amazing service !!! On the 22 August my friend had to purchase a same day ticket to travel to london, we went onto the site and tried to purchase the tickets , unfortunately the bank had declined and travelstart gave us a call , my friend then went to the bank while phoning travel start and a lovely lady named Ann held on the line for her while everything was being processed . Ann was fast , efficient and so helpful . she helped with all avenues from payments down to ensuring the flight processed . we were so incredibly happy that this was made possible and my friend got to fly 6 hours later !
