Airlink And Travelstart

We booked tickets from Johannesburg to Richards Bay and back from Richards Bay to Johannesburg on behalf of family visiting from Australia. The return flight was supposed to be on Monday 11 March. On Friday 8 March Airlink, the carrier advises that all flights from Richards Bay have been cancelled. And they can offer us any alternatives. Airlink and Travelstart is sending us from pillar to post regarding refunds of the costs we incurred. The passenger names were Emma and Denzil Hyman. The Booking reference number are ZA***4 and ZA***8 and the check in reference numbers are QBOPIM and QCY8UM We had to incur additional costs to get them by car from Richards Bay to King Shaka to take a different flight with a different carrier.
