Airlink and Travelstart

Please do not ever book me on the following airline.

I had a booking to fly from Pretoria to Cape town on Friday 23 March at 17:30. The airline only informed me that the flight was cancelled once I arrived at the airport. I then needed to book a flight on SAA from OR Tambo to Cape Town at a great expense because I needed to be in Cape Town Friday night. Now they only want to refund me for the flight that they cancelled and not the expensive flight that I needed to pay so that I can get back to Cape Town.

I really think this is unacceptable as I was not the one that cancelled the flight.

I will no longer use this airline or travel agent.
