Airline Tickets refund

I've requested a refund on flight tickets already on 26/5/2020 as the flights were cancelled due to the covid-19. It is 3 months later and i still haven't received my refund. I will never book through Travelstart again and not recommend Travelstart to anybody. This service sucks ! Two other airlines that i booked through, refunded me in 2 weeks time. Think twice before you use Travelstart
