Airline tickets

Travelstart is a huge ***** and will take your money. Did a booking and after the payment was done the flight ticket was booked visa versa and the flight from George to Jhb was swopped Jhb to George. Immediately after this i tried to correct the booking and with no help after numerous mails and whats app messges no help was offered to refund or change ricket. 2 days after the flight already past they rep**** via whats app with a code to use at Fly safair. The end was a loss of R4000 paid with no ticket as another ticket had to be paid at the airport. Fly Safair should block these agents from their web site and during the purchases of another ticket they confirmed that i was the second person for the day with the same issue of visa versa booking Travelstart is useless with sevice as you can not talk to them directly. Never again will i use them. Rateher book directly with the airline but as said my mistake on their web site was to select Travelstart
