Airline refuses passenger.
I cannot thank Melony Lewis enough at TRAVELSTART for dealing sympathetically with a booking / boarding problem my colleague experienced in Rome. He was not permitted to board a flight to Albania. Melony kept me informed and kindly arranged for the ticket to be refunded.
