I had to change a flight very last minute and was extremely stressed about it. I was also struggling to make a payment. Aime-Leigh at Travelstart came to the rescue with fantastic service, however! What a jewel she is! She followed up by calling me until I managed to do the payment and received my e-ticket. Dunno what I would've done without her. Thank you so much Aime-Leigh!!
