Advertise flights on web and not able to issue

Got the quote, book and pay ticket, got confirmation THEN cancellation!! Bank luckily kept money on hold. Was told it was mistake, but if I book and pay AGAIN, immediately, they can still give it at the same price! SO, got 2nd quote, book and pay again, got confirmation BUT cannot issue ticket again, because of insufficient funds! I said, just let bank release it, payment was made for Travelstart. No they cannot because, it is not the same amount. OMW have to wait for 7 days before bank reverse money back into my account. And now the tickets are almost R6000 more, it makes R12000 for 2 people!!! That was suppose to be our spending money on the trip. Is there no such thing, if you advertise something for a prize the customer must get it at that prize, whether it was right or wrong!!!
