Additional charge for flight
Good day please will you assist with an additional charge for my booking ref ZA***3 - Kulula charged a further 2,200 separately please advise what this cost is for

In addition your app is broken and I keep on having to make another payment get charged an additional processing fee of R89.00 - I book all my flights with Travelstart start through FLAPP and for Dec alone I have had to pay an additional R270.00
