Absolutely useless service from Travelstart.

I booked to travel on Qatar airways to Europe for a holiday with my 2 sons in January 2022, we couldnt travel due to COVID restrictions. I tried for two weeks to get hold of someone at Travelstart to change the flight dates or to get a refund. It is impossible to get hold of them, believe me as I spend hours trying to reach them. There is no telephone number so that isnt an option, they do not respond to whatsapp or email or the electronic forms on the website. The worst service that I have ever experienced and I will never make a booking through them again.
