Absolutely terrible experience
Non existent customer service. Once they sell you tickets they forget about you. If an airliner makes any changes/cancellations, you are completely stuck as Travelstart do absolutely nothing. They do not even respond to emails. My Virgin Atlantic flight was cancelled and I needed rebooking to an alternative date: Travelstart didn't bother to reply, while Virgin advised they can't do it as this needs to be actioned by the agent. Don't ever use them. They will ruin your travel plans and will leave you with empty pocketed. This business should be closed by the authorities.

I have checked the booking and can see that there had been a change in the schedule and we had sent an email to the airline to provide alternative options. The airline has advised that the only alternative option is a full refund, which has been offered and accepted. I have removed the flights from the booking that were remaining for January and have information the team of the confirmation.
I am sorry for the previous delays as we are inundated with requests and have been working towards assisting every customer.
