Absolute worst service!

I’ve never experienced such service before from any company - not bad service, no service. They still haven’t contacted me. I tried phoning the one number which leads to whatsapp or the form online. I’ve chatted to Lucy (automated service) numerous times on Whatsapp, there is never a agent available. I’ve tried the contact form everyday for a week now and also tried emailing them on the ***. I also tried urgent/ flight in 48 hours - no difference.
