A bunch of ****** and not approachable. Zero sercice to customers.
Stay away as far as possible and book with a agent that is willing to communicate with you. They cheated me out of R 12000 for covid related rescheduling of flights, which was without penalty or fare increase according to the airline. I paid only because i could not talk to them, and it was cheaper than new tickets. Never again!

Please note I have checked the booking and have looked at the cost implications and airline directives.
The airline changed their policy on 12 October 2021 and has advised that if there is any difference in cost it will have to be collected as they are no longer allowing changes without additional collections.
