A bunch of *******!!!

Absolutely furious!!! My mum, granny and I booked flights from Johannesburg to Cape Town with Travelstart in April. Previously my mum tried to book my granny's ticket but her card wasn't going through for some reason. We then called Travelstart to find out if it was fine to book again with my card and that it will not result in a double booking. They gave us the go ahead assured us that our accounts will not be debited twice... So I booked a return ticket for my granny. Travelstart then took money out of both mine and my mums account for my granny's return ticket. An extra R3527.00 out of my account on top of the flights I have already paid for. They keep making me run in circles to the bank and refuse to refund the money they owe me. I have provided them with all my bank statements and card numbers but they keep saying they can't pick up the transaction yet I have my bank statements as proof! Honestly a bunch of ******* and the worst customer service. It is the end of July and this problem has still not been resolved. Definitely would not recommend booking your flights with a company that has no ethics or concern for their customers.
