5 tickets to Seychelles cancelled by Travelstart
Good Evening We booked 5 tickets to Seychelles for April 2020 Travelstart cancelled us at the of February 2020 long before the start of covid lockdown They don't even respond to our correspondence.
They originally said we would get a refund if we could not travel on their date they offered us. We have lost all that money It is time for a representative to urgently contact me to resolve this problem Verity Combrink *** ***

Please note I have tried to call to no avail. I have noticed that you have a telkomsa.net email and I believe this is why you have not received any response from us as telkomsa.net does not accept certain Travelstart emails. Please can you advise when is a good time to call you so that I can assist with the booking/ refund. Furthermore and airline schedule change is implemented by the airline and Travelstart cannot overrule the airline directives as we are governed by them.
