5 months and waiting
5 months waiting for a refund and still no idea from their side When I can expect it, no updates without me having to contact them and no one taking responsibility. It is pathetic

Thanks for reaching out and voicing your concerns. I would like to reassure you that we have submitted the refund application and sent it to the applicable airline on the 14th April 2020
The refund usually takes 8 weeks but due to the current situation, significant delays in the refund process should be expected.
The process can now take 12 weeks or longer as the airline sits with the funds of the ticket.
These delays are due to various reasons which include skeleton staff working through the lockdown and high volumes of refunds to process.
We realize it’s frustrating to wait for your money and we are putting as much pressure as we can on the airlines to process these as quickly as possible.
The airlines are trying to work through refund applications as quickly as possible.
I will give you a call on the number you have provided to answer any further refund queries you might have.
