2020 Turkish Airlines tickets converted to Vouchers

Miscommunication between Travelstart, Turkish Airlines and myself (as a passenger) during the first COVID lockdown in 2020 led to limiting my options for future usage of my ticket. My husband and I were facing losing our tickets with only 10% compensation. Bridget from Travelstart saved the situation and found a solution.
