0 customer support

The absolute worse company ever. You promised me a voucher for a suspended flight 2 months ago. I didn't receive any voucher up to date, and I have 4 days left until my ticket expires. I've tried 10's of whatsapps and web enquirers and no one is answering. How can you pretend that you have any customer support is beyond my comprehension. I need an answer by tomorrow , or you just *****ing R14 000 from me. If my ticket just gets lost I will take you to small claim court.
