The weak link in the supply chain

Awful service. Always out of stock with products. Every time I enquire about a product that is out of stock, which is regularly, there is no indication when it will be back in. Its always Its always a grumpy 'I don't know' then fobbed off to the generic thanks for chatting, bye! How is anyone supposed to run a business with a supplier like that?
