NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDERS AND SERVICE
<p>There is something I do not understand. Transmed are using Netcare Hospitals but all the doctors at these facilities are non-service providers.</p> <p>On the other hand ....the doctors at Life Hospitals are service providers but you cannot use their hospitals. How does this work</p>

Transmed Private Network Plan use Netcare, Mediclinic and NHN(National Hospital Network) as the preferred Network Hospitals.
Securing Network Specialists in these facilities has been a priority from inception of the Network. Gaps will exist at a hospital level in certain geographic locations and at specialist level in certain hospitals where Specialists will not contract.
We urge members to contact the scheme where a match cannot be found, in order that we can support the process and member in the event there is a gap in access. Members freedom of choice remains.
