Unacceptable service delivery - Transmed Medical Aid
Absolutely shocking that our pensioner parents pay thousands of rands every month towards this medical aid so they don’t have to rely on government hospitals, only to be told they must go to one when they actually need hospital care. To make matters worse, the hospital list on the Transmed website is outdated and misleading. It gives members the impression that certain hospitals are available to them, when in reality they are not. That is incredibly deceptive and unacceptable. Members deserve accurate information and access to the healthcare they are paying for. Shame on you, Transmed.

Unacceptable service delivery - Transmed Medical Aid
Absolutely shocking that our pensioner parents pay thousands of rands every month towards this medical aid so they don’t have to rely on government hospitals, only to be told they must go to one when they actually need hospital care. To make matters worse, the hospital list on the Transmed website is outdated and misleading. It gives members the impression that certain hospitals are available to them, when in reality they are not. That is incredibly deceptive and unacceptable. Members deserve accurate information and access to the healthcare they are paying for. Shame on you, Transmed.

This must be whe ***kest medical.aid in the world...your patient..my mother inlaw..has been in akberton ER sjnce yesterday..and u clowns cant decide is ckncusukn ..and a ***ing stroke is serruios enough for her to be admitted..what the *** is wrong with u uselss clowns ....the hospital.has phone u ..the doctter has phoned u ..and my wife has phoned u..and yet after 24hours In ER..we cant get anywhere with this shot medical aid... When we are done with this ..we are going to lay a complaint against your company..and we are goimg to contact carte blance..
