Money Deducted from Account after membership cancelled 4 months ago

<p>My mom cancelled her medical aid (Transmed) as at 31 January 2017, we sent the prescribed cancellation email (please see below) and even have proof that medical aid scheme had been cancelled.</p> <p> On 4 May 2017 Transmed deducted R3659.00 from her Bank Account, which is a clear violation of the cancellation email – it was clearly stated that they were not authorised to debit the account. I have sent numerous emails and made 4 calls to the call centre but no one responds or gives me a straight answer.</p> <p>My mother is a pensioner and this money was *******ly deducted from her account, she just wants her money back.</p> <p>This is basically theft and i am considering laying a crimal charge against Transmed.</p>
