Medical claims history

<p>I have been strugeling for more than two months to get a medical claims history from transmed for 2011 to 2015. I have phoned and requested 5 times. I have send in a letter request but nothing. I need this for a dread decease claim at hollard. What can be so difficult. Discovery did this while holding the phone. So so frustrated Transmed is going to be the reason for this claim being denied.</p>
