MEDICAL AID DEDUCTIONS

<br> <br> I have a medical aid with Transmed. I asked to have my plan changed to a better plan. I had it changed not even with the assistance from a consultant to explain or guide me through the difference in plan and the extras in money.<br> <br> They deducted money last month which was a shock to me, and i asked them to refund me the money the deducted. I phone them also to enquire about my portion and the response was R2250.00 hence they took R6035.00. <br> <br> This month I experience the same problem just that the premium went of twice but different amounts.<br> My medical aid was suspended and they took the R6035 plus R9035 for this month. I also asked them to cancel my medical aid as this is too steep for me. I would have appreciated it if they could have called me, for a payment arrangement of which they didn't. What I want is for them to refund me the amount of R9035. <br>
