Awaiting refund

I have been a member for a few years and have recently cancelled my membership but the fund however continues to deduct their contributions. I have phoned them numerous times and submitted bank statements but still I am awaiting my refund. I am very frustrated as they also do not respond to emails. I have paid diligently never missed a payment and feel I am being treated unfairly.
