ACCOUNT TO BE SORTED OUT

On the 21/10/2014 I went to hospital for a minor procedure that ended as a major theater case( I was bleeding and Dr needed to burn more ulcers) the account was summit to the medical aid on the 24/10/2014 with the amount of R13 183.23 on the 04/11/2014 amount of R7155.39 was only paid. Hospital give me a phone call asking to please follow up with medical aid aid why did not settle full account, they told me that because the billing was a major theater and not a minor theater they asked me to email them motivation letters ext which I did I even confirmed that they have received it, after numerous phone calls ext the keep on telling me to sort the coding out with the hospital, which I did I have even spoke to the Hospital Credit Manger the coding that that told me the get changed is not even on the statement so how the heck do they change something if it is not even on the statement or charge against me, can you please help to sort out this problem
