Your management style is poor and very useless!!!!

As management,your duty should be making sure that customers are getting the best of your service and not the service I got today.Systems should be put in place enabling us to know about what routes your local buses use so that we can make an informed decision.How come no one knows bus routes?where's a board informing us of routes?,the only thing that is good is drivers,they were friendly and they tried by all means to assist me with routes and departure times and my mum was left stranded without transport because there wasn't a bus..Stop neglecting your local buses..or is it because we not bringing in big money like your long distances..
