can we please have our refund for a return ticket bought on the 30/05/2019 ...we should pay for a decent service,My husband is currently sitting in a bus from johannesburg to britstown the heater is on and no space for a human being to breathe...he is cluster phobic and ask for the heater to be put off but is just ignored,,,the ****roaches is is running around the chairs is filthy ...i have videos and pictures of all of this and i will go to the media...i tried calling the call center on number ********** 282 and the number ********** 056 but the numbers you can hear someone answer and drops on the other side...your buses is dirty and terrible smells and the heater is still on max...i am demanding my money back
